Gluten Free Bakery

In 2009, when thinking about the limited employment possibilities for her non-verbal son, Dr Todd founded Food for Good Thought, a gluten free bakery that employs individuals with autism. Bakers with autism can be found in the bakery each day and work with job coaches to develop skills that can be used, should they want to look for employment in the community.
